Technician Supervisor

Responsibilities

Proceeding the work designated by BM in inspection, repairing and correcting any equipment in the tenants area

Reporting the operation result and probelms to BM

Preparing maintenance schsule and preventive plan for common equipments and tools
-
Controlling and delegating jobs to technician and taking follow up action
-
Inspecting the common equipment and tools/properties to be in an effective condition
Requirements
-
Minimum 3 years in Building's technical support
-
Good knowledge in Building technical such substation plant, electrical control panel, elevator and distribution chennel
-
Male oe female, age not over 45 years
Priority

Good knowledge in CCTV system, Telephone system, Fire alarm system
